Return Policy

Cartlow Return Policy

Cartlow strives to offer seamless return procedures for customers intending to return their purchased products. According to our return policy, a return request can be submitted within 10 days from the initial delivery of the product, applicable only to eligible products. Please review the return policy based on the product category you are attempting to return.

General Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Returns

  • All returned products will undergo a Quality Check.

  • Cartlow reserves the right to reject a return request and return the product to the customer if it does not meet the return criteria outlined below.

  • Customers will not be entitled to any refund if the product is not eligible for return.

  • If a return request is declined, Cartlow will attempt to deliver the product back to the customer twice using approved courier services.

  • If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, Cartlow will hold the product for three (3) business days at its delivery hub.

  • Customers can request another delivery attempt within those three days. Cartlow will keep the product for thirty (30) days, after which a RETURN FEE of AED/SAR 100 will apply if claimed back.

  • If not claimed, the product will be sent for liquidation, and the customer cannot request a return again.

  • Cartlow will not be liable for any compensation.

Shipping Costs

A shipping cost will apply if the customer chooses to return products for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Did not like the product

Seller Return Policy

Cartlow allows different sellers to offer products. When an order is placed with a seller who fulfills and ships from its own inventory (Market Place Seller or 3rd Party Seller), the return will be sent back to the seller instead of Cartlow. While many sellers have return policies similar to Cartlow's, some may differ. If a seller's return policy is not specified, the order will default to Cartlow's Standard Return Policy.

Product-Specific Return Policies

Electronics, Laptops, and Mobiles

  • Must be returned with the original packaging (sealed or sold as Never-Used) and in original condition.

  • If a Never-Used product has been activated, used, or tampered with, the refund and return will be declined unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Original box, information booklet, and all accessories must be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

Fashion, Jewellery, Watches, and Accessories

  • Items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full refund.

  • Apparels like underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks are not eligible for return.

  • Footwear, eyewear, watches, bags, and luggage must be returned in original packaging with all tags.

  • All product packaging and certificates must be returned with the item.

  • Certified items returned without documentation will be rejected.

  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or altered after delivery won't be accepted.

  • Free Returns are available for some jewellery and watch items.

Home, Kitchen, Sports & Outdoor

  • Home decor products are accepted for return only if in original packaging.

  • Unwrapped bedding products will not be accepted.

  • Used, altered, assembled, or installed items will not be accepted unless defective.

  • Sports and outdoor products can only be returned if not used and in original packaging.

Toys & Video Games

  • Costumes are not eligible for return.

  • Toys and games that are used, activated, or missing parts will not be accepted.

Stationery & Office Supplies

  • Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging and materials.

Non-Returnable Products

Grocery, Baby Products, Beauty, and Health

  • Grocery and pet food products are not eligible for return but may be refundable.

  • Some baby items may be eligible for return within 10 days of receipt.

  • Breast pumps must be returned unused with factory seal and packaging intact.

  • Hair and personal care, vitamins, dietary supplements, and sports nutrition products are not eligible for return.

  • Used beauty products (cosmetics, skincare, fragrance) will not be accepted.
