All Cartlow Electronics Products Come with a 12-Month Warranty!

With Cartlow, you will give a second home to pre-loved products, save your money, and save the planet! All warranty requests are handled by Cartlow experts, as long as the product description includes a warranty.

Cartlow Warranty Coverage

Once your product qualifies for a warranty, Cartlow will pick up the product from your doorstep, get it serviced and/or repaired, and deliver it back to you. Some items such as home appliances, sports equipment, furniture, or any other large item might be repaired inside your premises.

Repair Timelines

Depending on the type of defect and level of repair, repairs may take up to 10 business days, which starts once the product is received by our repair center, excluding return shipping time. In case the spare parts are not available, the repair timeline may be longer than 10 days.
