1-Business Development & Marketing Manager (Lebanon)
Role Overview:
Lead growth marketing and business development initiatives across our Group ecosystem to drive user acquisition, partner onboarding, and revenue generation. This role bridges marketing, sales, partnerships, and data, ensuring that all brands operate as a unified engine for growth across the Fintech and Re-commerce vertical.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify, pitch, and close partnerships with retailers, telcos, fintechs, NGOs, and government entities to expand our payout programs.
- Build the pipeline for new merchants, corporate partners, and ESG initiatives across UAE, KSA, and global markets.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, integrations, and marketing co-funding with partners.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new services (e.g., subscription-based ).
- Support senior leadership in driving growth by managing the on-ground team, overseeing the full inbound pipeline lifecycle, and steering branding and marketing execution teams to consistently generate high-quality leads.
Growth Marketing
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, content, email, social, and influencer) to scale user acquisition and engagement for Cartlow and Giftcard solution.
- Own performance marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, retention, and LTV.
- Implement funnel optimization strategies, A/B testing, and data-driven insights to improve conversion rates across all platforms.
- Coordinate with product/tech teams to launch in-app growth features (referrals, loyalty, upsell flows).
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate between marketing, sales, operations, and data teams to ensure alignment on KPIs and reporting.
- Establish dashboards for real-time tracking of GMV, user growth, and partner
- Mentor junior marketing and business development staff to build a scalable growth organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5-8 years in growth marketing, partnerships, or business development ideally in E-commerce and fintech.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a track record of developing talent and driving performance.
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and closing B2B partnerships.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, analytics platforms, and CRM tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute in a lean, fast-moving environment.

2-Mobile Phone Technician (L3 / L4 / Chip-Level) (UAE)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Phone Technician at L3/L4 level, with strong expertise in chip-level repairs. Primary focus on Apple devices; experience with leading Android brands is a plus. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and restoring mobile devices to full working condition, handling advanced board-level and chip-level faults, ensuring high quality and minimal rework.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware faults at board and chip level.
- Perform micro-soldering, IC replacements, reballing, and other chip-level work.
- Handle issues like power IC, audio IC, U2, Face ID, Touch, and water damage repairs.
- Use schematics, board views, microscopes, and diagnostic tools effectively.
- Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality.
- Maintain repair logs, tools, and ESD safety standards.
- Support junior technicians with escalated cases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of mobile repair experience in UAE or Gulf.
- Proven chip-level repair expertise on Apple devices.
- Strong micro-soldering and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and board layouts.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under microscope.
- Valid UAE residency / work permit (driving license is a plus).

3-Finance Operations Supervisor
Role Overview:
The Finance Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all financial transactions. This role supervises the finance operations team, supports business growth by implementing process improvements, and ensures that internal controls are maintained in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Supervise end-to-end AP/AR functions, including invoice processing, collections, and vendor payments.
- Ensure timely reconciliations of supplier and customer accounts.
- Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor daily cash balances and manage fund transfers.
- Support forecasting of short-term and long-term cash requirements.
- Compliance & Controls
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), company policies, and audit requirements.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare operational finance reports and dashboards for management review.
- Identify variances, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions.
- Process Improvement
- Streamline workflows and introduce automation to improve efficiency.
- Partner with IT/ERP teams to enhance system capabilities for finance operations.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of finance officers and clerks.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide training where needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (ERP experience preferred: SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Zoho).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
